For a long time, I knew what I wanted: a better life, more peace, stronger habits, healthier relationships. And I knew what I should be doing… but I couldn't make myself do it.
Some days I wouldn't even start due to overthinking things I hadn't even begun. Other days I would start strong but give up, sometimes without even knowing when. I felt frustrated with myself. Confused. Ashamed.
Eventually, I realized: nothing was wrong with me. No one ever taught me how to work with my mind — not against it. I built this framework out of those hard-earned lessons, and now I share it with anyone who finds themselves in this situation.
